FIELD: cosmetic industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to use of the first and second polysaccharide derivatives for in situ formation of a cross-linked hydrogel used in cosmetic or therapeutic applications, where the first derivative is hyaluronic acid (HA), functionalised by a nucleophilic group—hydrazide, and second derivative is HA, functionalised by electrophilic group—aldehyde, wherein nucleophilic and electrophilic groups form in situ covalent bond after combined injection of said derivatives, wherein the first and second derivatives are in form of respectively the first and second sterile solutions with concentration of each in solution of 0.1–5 wt %, and the weight ratio of these derivatives in the administered composition is 15:85–85:15. Also disclosed are a combination of said GC derivatives, a multi-cylinder syringe system, a kit and a method for forming in situ a cross-linked hydrogel.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides a composition easily extruded through thin needles and which, after administration, forms in situ cross-linked hydrogel with desired properties for restoring volume, filling or soft tissue substitution.
