SUBSTANCE: system is outfitted by device for offtake of feed bars to different tracks, interacting, at least with one cutter for feed bar, executing a translational motion, brake arrangement for feed bars, interacting at least with one group of devices for reception and discharge of feed bars, allowing flutes for reception and discharge of feed bars to located lower plate, executing a translational motion. Ability of manufacturing of short feed bars and transportation of it at a high rate is provided ensured by that group of devices for reception and discharge of feed bars contains at least three joined one to each other parallel devices, device for discharge of feed bars includes moving guide devices, provided for that alternately direct sequentially coming to it feed bars in recycling sequence to corresponding (-s) flute (-s) (cn) in each of mentioned devices for reception and discharge of feed bars so that in a time when in the first this device it is finished discharge of next feed bar, the letter of these devices takes up a position, in which it is ready to reception of new feed bar, and intermediate (-s) of these devices is (are) operating, receiving the next feed bar.
EFFECT: increase in productivity of equipment, rate increasing of feed bars transportation.
