FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: mechanism comprises a longitudinal rotor (10) divided into at least three longitudinal sections (11, 12, 13) merged with each other and adapted to rotate around the longitudinal rotation axis (X), on the external surfaces of which several longitudinal channels (A, B, C, D) are provided, passing through at least three sections along the entire rotor (10) parallel to the longitudinal axis (X), to insert longitudinal rods therein. The mechanism has at least one braking device for braking longitudinal rods introduced into at least one of the longitudinal channels (A, B, C, D), combined with at least one first section (12) of said three longitudinal sections (11, 12, 13), which is fixed to the longitudinal rotor (10) without the possibility of rotation relative to it and is provided with braking elements (1) in each of the longitudinal channels (A, B, C, D), so that at least one braking device can rotate together with the longitudinal rotor (10) and to brake the longitudinal rods even during the rotation of the longitudinal rotor.
EFFECT: accelerating the unloading process.
