FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the method for preparation of 1-(2-alkynyl)piperidines of general formula (I): whereat R=C4H9, C6H13, C8H17 being characterised in that alkyl acetylenes (R-C=CH) undergo the interreaction with 1-(piperidinemethyl) piperidine in presence of the catalyst - copper monochloride (CuCl) taken in the ratio alkyl acetylene:1-(piperidinemethyl)piperidine:CuCl=10:(10-12):(0.3-0.7), in argon atmosphere at temperature 80°C and atmospheric pressure during 2-4 hrs. 1-(2-alkynyl)piperidines of general formula (I) can find application in fine organic synthesis, particularly for preparation of hardly accessible polycyclic compounds as well as in the synthesis of bioactive substances.
EFFECT: process simplification, increase of the target product yield.
