FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: it is prepared reaction mixture of powders of initial components, containing, wt %: molybdenum oxide VI 37.0-58.0, aluminium 8.0-32.0, silicium 22.0-34.0, silicon oxide up to 100.0. Mixture is placed into SHS reactor in the form from quartz, graphite or stainless steel and are ignited, providing response of its components in combustion mode under pressure 0.1-10 MPa of gas, selected from row, including argon, nitrogen, air or its mixtures.
EFFECT: increasing of content of main component in end product and increasing of yield at keeping of high servicing characteristics.
