FIELD: molded products. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of blend and burning- mode synthesis. Blend is prepared from stoichiometric mixture of molybdenum trioxide and silicon powders and supplemented by stoichiometric mixture of molybdenum and silicon powders, amount of the first mixture being found from equation: K = Q(loss)/22790.324+63.459, where Q(loss) is heat losses caused by blend burning, whereas amount of the second mixture is determined as 100 - K. EFFECT: increased density of heaters' material and avoided use of complex equipment.
