FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: method includes micro-arc oxidation (mao) by means of creation of potential difference between processed part (anode) and second electrode (cathode) with initiation of microplasmous discharges and with application of pressure to processed surface, besides surface mao is carried out under hydrostatic pressures from 1.1 to 100 atmospheres with application of nanosize powder materials in creation of coats with fraction from 3-300 nm and their mass fraction of 5.5-12.0%, introduced in electrolyte.
EFFECT: improved protective and electroinsulating properties of coat due to considerable reduction of porosity.
