SUBSTANCE: invention refers to simulating acute pyelonephritis for studying clinical pathogenesis and pre-clinical drug investigation. Staphylococcus saprophyticus recovered from urine of the patient with clinically found acute pyelonephritis is introduced to a laboratory animal through rectum in a single dose. Next day, said animal is exposed to acute cold stress at temperature 0+2°C within 2.5 hours.

EFFECT: creation of a disease model maximally close to the clinical course of acute pyelonephritis in clinical conditions, with technical simplification of simulation.
