FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the area of electric engineering and namely to capacitor anode with solid electrolyte based on NbO (niobium oxide) and method of its manufacture and capacitor with solid electrolyte with NbO anode. In the claimed invention a flat anode body consists of sintered sponge structure of niobium suboxide NbOx, where 0.5<x<1.7, and which is placed at flat anode film made of niobium and/or tantalum. Manufacturing method of the above anode includes formation of anode blank without pressure application and coating with paste of NbOx powder and organic binding agent by pattern printing to niobium or tantalum film with further sintering at temperature of 350-550°C.
EFFECT: formation of anode blank without applied pressure ensures significant current loss reduction for capacitor with the above anode.
