FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly, to production of the mix of valve metals and sub oxides of valve metals for making of capacitor with solid electrolyte. Sintered blank of capacitor anode is produced from the powder of valve metal or its sub oxide mix and has skeleton density exceeding the 88% of theoretical density. Said powder is produced by mixing of the powders mixes of preceding particles with fine-particle pore-forming agents. Thereafter, it is compacted to get the mix of bonded preceding particles to remove said pore-forming agent by heat. Said bonded mix is subjected to heat treatment at temperature and for time interval sufficient for formation of sintering bridges. Then, at least partially sintered mix is processed to powders of valve metals and/or sub oxides of valve metals.
EFFECT: higher skeleton density of anode, higher strength of capacitor wire and capacitor operating performances.
