SUBSTANCE: invention relates to taste improving mixtures. Carnitine taste-improving mixture contains L-carnitine and at least one sucrose isomere with lowered glycemic content. The mixture contains 0.05-5 wt % of L-carnitine and 2-99.9 wt % of sucrose isomere with lowered glycemic content in terms of whole weight of dry mixture substance. Mixture is added to product.
EFFECT: invention allows significantly improve product's taste and veil L-carnitine taste as well as to increase stability of L-carnitine in the product.
