FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to radiation diagnostics and can be used for estimation of spinal canal and vertebra. Spine visualisation is carried out by MRT method. First, set of initial images of axial sections of spine along full length are obtained. After that on each initial image of axial section axis centres of vertebra and spinal canal are found and connecting line is drawn between axis centres. Then set of new images is obtained by changing section position on initial images. After that all obtained images are converted into digital format, based on division of images by lines and columns. Columns and lines are used for line-by-line creating of sagittal and coronary sections.
EFFECT: invention ensures possibility to present image of spinal canal and vertebral column in form of whole non-separate structures in conditions of possible spine statics disorder.
