SUBSTANCE: cutting blade consists of two deployed relative to each other and passing to each other component part each of them allows one polygonal reference surface. At one component part there are implemented several cutting edges for rough work, and at other component part there are implemented several cutting edges for end finishing, herewith mentioned cutting edges for rough work and end finishing are located with ability of simultaneous action to treated blank by cutting edge for rough work of one component part and by cutting edge for end finishing of other component part.
