FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: lift installation includes remote equipment for control of lift operation, which is connected by communication line to central station of lift monitoring and control. Main controller, power drive controller and door controller are connected to control equipment. If failure occurs in lift operation, repeated connection of controller supply (POR) may be initiated both in controllers themselves and in remotely-controlled power relays that interrupt power supply to controllers. Service personnel at remote station may produce a command along communication line to realise POR. In one of solutions remote equipment of lift operation monitoring determines availability of normal operation violation, which may be eliminated by POR, and initiates internal POR, or action at power relay. In other solution controller comprises lift diagnostics in its standard programs, which provides for detection of normal operation failure, which may be corrected by POR, and either initiate interruption of power supply through relay or initiate internal POR.
EFFECT: less frequent visits of service personnel to lifts, reduction of cost of lift serviceability restoration after detection of normal operation failure and reduction of time required for elimination of failures.
