FIELD: communication means.

SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to Multiple Input Multiple Output communication systems (MIMO). Technical result is achieved due to the fact, that for spatial coding with spectrum broadening data communication transmitting object codes and modulates each data package getting data symbols unit; multiplexes each data symbol unit for Ns streams of data symbols for transmission through Ns passing channels of MIMO-channel, spatially codes with Ns spectrum broadening of data symbol streams by means of controllability matrixes, and spatially processes Ns coded data symbol spectrum broadening streams for full information about the transmitting channel state (CSI) through Ns eigen modes or partial CSI transmission through Ns spatial channels of MIMO-channel. Receiving object receives NR streams of received symbols by means of NR receiving aerials, conducts spatial processing for full CSI or partial CSI transmission for getting Ns streams of detected symbols, conducts spatial coding, reverse to the broadening spectrum coding of Ns streams of detected symbols by means of the same controllability matrixes used during transmission for getting Ns streams of reconstituted symbols and demodulates and decodes unit of reconstituted symbols for getting corresponding package of decoded data.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of data communication in the presence of interferences.
