FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery. To prepare a deep burn wound for autodermoplasty, tangential necrectomy is performed within viable tissues. Wound exudate is removed with gauze napkins. Acid-containing mixture of powders consisting of powders of lactic acid, statin and boric acid mixed in equal proportions is applied on the wound. Burn wound is closed with sterile gauze napkins and fixed with a gauze bandage. Dressings are bandaged once every two days until the appearance of the wound surface granulation.
EFFECT: method allows reducing pain syndrome, intensifying antioxidant protection in conditions of acute purulent-necrotic inflammatory reaction, preparing a burn wound for autodermoplasty in a short time, improving engraftment of skin grafts.
