SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to combustiology. Laser Doppler flowmetry of section with granulation tissue and symmetrical uninjured section is performed. Value of perfusion of examined sections is determined. On the basis of comparison of perfusion indices conclusions about favourable, doubtful or unfavourable conditions for transplant engraftment are made.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to objectify estimation of readiness of granulating wounds for free autodermoplasty due to determination of microcirculatory disorders in wound, therefore increase operation efficiency and reduce the number of complications, associated with flap lysis, to reduce percentage of cosmetic defects and lethality.
