FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applied for covering wide defects of soft tissues of head with hair preservation. Device for pin dermotension in covering wide defects of hairy part of head contains Cramer's splint, foam-rubber cushion for shoulders, Kirchner's wires and threads for tissue tension. Cramer's splint is made for turning round the head in form of half-circle. Ends of splint made for interaction with foam-rubber cushion and fixation to patient's body with spike-shaped bandages. Threads for tension are fastened from one side to Kirchner's wires, which are passed on wound edges through skin, subcutaneous tissue and aponeurosis. From the other side threads are fastened to diametrical crosspieces of Cramer's splint with possibility of gradual moving during treatment.
EFFECT: observation over wound process course is facilitated, possibility to apply different antiseptic means and procedures in full amount taking into account their influence on wound and in shorter time close wound defect with full-fledged flaps saving hair.
