METHOD OF TREATING LONG CORTICAL BONES OSTEOMYELITIS WITH COVERING TISSUE DEFECT Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC A61B17/56

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of reconstructive surgery and traumatology. Pathologically changed tissues are removed. Intake of free revasculised autotransplant is carried out. Muscular complex of free revasculised autotransplant is taken with size, corresponding in distal part to volume of bone defect and with length in proximal part, equal to distance from level of entrance of vascular pedicle in tissues of muscular complex to depth of bone tissue defect. On edges of bone tissue defect perforating openings are made. Through perforating openings and edges of own fascia on perimetre of distal part of muscular complex threads are passed. Distal part of muscular complex is plunged into bone tissue defect with opposite side from surface, which contains feeding vessels, completely filling bone tissue defects cavity. Passed threads are tightened, fixing plunged into bone tissue defect distal part of muscular complex, after that soft tissues defect is eliminated. Blood circulation in autotransplant is restored. Wound is drained.

EFFECT: increasing efficiency of surgical treatment due to full-fledged realisation of potential possibilities of well-supplied with blood free revasculised autotransplant, excluding possibility of formation of unfilled spaces in bone cavity, good contact of bone and muscular tissues.
