FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: system of monitoring and removing mycotoxins from grain comprises transport facilities, temporary storage yard for wet grain, aerated bins, primary grain cleaning machine, grain dryer, secondary grain cleaning machine and treated grain elevator. The system additionally consists of: laboratory to evaluate the quality of the grain supplied for treatment, statistic database, prediction unit for the optimal version of treating the supplied grain, chip laboratory to monitor the availability of mycotoxins in the treated grain, machine for physical-mechanical removal of mycotoxins from the grain, adsorption unit for the removal of mycotoxins from the grain and unit for ultraviolet and coherent irradiation of the grain. All units of the system are connected or coupled to one another. The invention allows for improving the accuracy of finding fungic spores and mycotoxins in the grain and for increasing the reliability of the mycotoxins removal from the grain.

EFFECT: possibility to choose process routes and grain treatment modes more accurately according to the known spores and mycotoxins in the grain.
