FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed system comprises vehicle, wet grain temporary storage site, active venting bin, primary cleaning machine, grain drier, secondary cleaning machine, treated grain store, gain quality evaluation lab, statistic data base, grain optimum treatment forecast unit, lab-on-chip for monitoring mycotoxins availability in cleaned grain, machine for mechanical cleaning of grain from mycotoxins, unit for adsorption cleaning of grain from mycotoxins, and unit for UV and coherent irradiation of grain. Two modules of microwave decontamination are additionally introduced into temporary storage and active venting line and grain drying line. One microwave module is connected with active venting bin while second microwave module is mounted between grain primary cleaning machine and grain drier and connected with fed grain optimum treatment forecast unit.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of cleaning, ruled out development of mould fungi spores.
