FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: flywheel plane consists of two wings pivoted onto common axle and having outer carcass rod-connected to the drive made up of crank and rocker actuator mechanism. Wing are inside aforesaid carcass consists of segments, each with central axle attached to wing carcass, in its front and rear parts, to turn thereabout. Horizontal levers, rods and vertical levers joint all ends of wing segment axles coupled with the mechanism consisting of rods, crank and rocker actuator. With wings moving upward, all aforesaid segments can turn through 90° relative to wing plane with the help of horizontal levers via hinges and vertical levers. With wings moving downward, all segments can turn back into initial position to form wings' area to entrap airflow.
EFFECT: reduced air drag and higher lift.
