FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: flapping wings have tandem arrangement opposite each other. Drive of wings has crank and rocker mechanisms connected in anti-phase, their spars or edges of wings pliable to torsion perform function of double-arm levers-rocker arms. Cranks of mechanisms are connected with pairs of rocker arms-spars of each wing by means of three-hinged connecting rods-bracing struts in such way that they may perform reciprocating angular motion at lag from each other.
