FIELD: road construction.
SUBSTANCE: mobile continuous operation installations for production of building mixtures. Mobile plant for production of materials is placed in a metal frame with external dimensions corresponding to the dimensions of a 20-foot sea container. The installation includes two hoppers of inert materials, which are mirrored to each other on a common frame, and in its upper part are fixed to the frame. Vibrators are installed on the side walls of the hoppers, under each of the hoppers there are two dosing conveyors with an inclination angle of 15-45°, a mixing chamber and an overload conveyor, which is located below the top of the dosing conveyors and above the mixing chamber and is perpendicular to them. Hoppers in the cross section have the shape of an irregular trapezoid with a smaller base at the bottom; each hopper has four face-walls, all walls have different angles of inclination: the rear walls of the hoppers in their lower part are bevelled at an angle of 35-60° to the rear wall of the mixing chamber. The lower part of the front walls of the hoppers is bevelled at an angle of 45-85° to the front wall of the mixing chamber; the side walls of the hoppers in their lower part are bevelled at an angle of 45-60° for placing conveyor-dispensers. Each dosing conveyor is mounted on its own support frame. The hoppers have rectangular unloading windows located at an angle of 25-45° in relation to the longitudinal axis of the installation; in the lower part under the hoppers along the longitudinal axis of the installation there is a mixing chamber, which has two shafts with blades at an angle of 25-60° to the loading windows. The mixing chamber, the water dosing unit, including a pipeline and a dosing pump, the organic binder dosing unit, including a pipeline and a dosing pump, are installed on their own frame. The unloading conveyor consists of three parts interconnected by movable joints, one part of the conveyor is located below the unloading window of the mixing chamber, and the other two parts of the conveyor are laid out at an angle of 25-45° relative to the mixing chamber, and in a non-working state, during transportation, all parts of the unloading conveyor are placed in the volume of the frame. The last part of the unloading conveyor is placed in the upper part of the bunker. The unit for receiving and supplying the mineral binder, consisting of hoppers for receiving and supplying the mineral binder, an attachment frame, peaks, a grid of the hopper for receiving and supplying the mineral binder, a screw conveyor for supplying the mineral binder to the mixing chamber, are disassembled and stored in hoppers for inert materials before transportation.
EFFECT: increase in quality of the prepared mixtures and an increase in productivity while reducing dimensions of the installation.
