FIELD: instrument making.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to small vibration sensors of angular velocity. Suspension is made of elastic metal material and is fixed in nodal point of beam sensitive element, moreover, suspension is made of material with elasticity module E≤11·1010N/m2 in the form of flat closed rectangular frame, inside of which there are two flat torsions formed, being fixed in grooves of beam sensitive element. Frame of suspension is installed in nodal plane of beam element perpendicularly to its longitudinal axis, at the same time dimensions of suspension elements are selected under condition of equality of resonant frequencies of vibrations of beam sensitive element with suspensions in planes of excitation and response.

EFFECT: simplified design of elastic suspensions, technology and higher accuracy of suspensions installation onto beam sensitive element.
