FIELD: measuring technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to measuring technology, particularly to sensors of navigation systems measuring acceleration. The accelerometre consists of a sensitive element of mobile inertia mass, a flexible suspension, a resonator and a base, also system of excitation and pick-up of a frequency signal. The sensitive element is made of an integral plate divided with through slots into the base, of inertia mass with the flexible suspension and a resonator consisting of two or three branches, which are connected with their free ends, while with their bases they are secured on the inertia mass so, that transfer of the inertia mass under influence of measured acceleration causes change of bending rigidity of the resonator and correspondingly change of its oscillation frequency.
EFFECT: upgraded processability at manufacturing.
