MONOBLOCK SINGLE-LINE GAS MEASURING STATION ON ULTRASONIC FLOW TRANSDUCERS OF LARGE DIAMETER WITH A VERIFICATION UNIT AT THE PLACE OF OPERATION Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC G01F1/66 G01F25/00

Abstract RU 2780983 C1

FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: claimed technical solution relates to measuring equipment and is intended to provide control over the volumes of gas transmitted through the main gas pipelines. The station contains a measuring line with the first USFT (5) containing ultrasonic sensors (9) installed on the first measuring pipeline (7). The measuring line contains the second USFT (6) with ultrasonic sensors (10) installed on the first measuring pipeline (7), and the first and second housing USFT (5, 6) form a double USFT with the main and backup flow measurement channels. The basis of the flow measurement channel includes the first pressure sensor (13) and the first temperature sensor (14). The redundant flow measurement channel includes a second pressure sensor (15) and a second temperature sensor (16). The first pressure sensor (13) measures the pressure at the installation site of the first USFT (5), the second pressure sensor (15) measures the pressure at the installation location of the second USFT (6). The first and second temperature sensors (15, 16) are located after the second USFT (6) along the gas flow. A reference verification unit (2) is connected to the measuring line through the technological valve block (3), containing the third ultrasonic sensor (23) with ultrasonic sensors (25) installed on the second measuring pipeline. The main pressure sensor (27) and the backup pressure sensor (28) located in series are connected to the third USFT (23).

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of control over gas volumes.
