METHOD OF ESTIMATION AND PREDICTION OF DAY EMOTIONALLY BEHAVIOURAL STATES AND PSYCHOPHYSIOLOGICAL HUMAN ACTIVITY BY INDICES OF NIGHT HYPERSYMPATICOTONIA Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC A61B5/452

Abstract RU 2370207 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to psychophysiology. Examination including the following stages is carried out: a) 24-hour ECG monitoring is performed, b) data of said monitoring are loaded into computer; c) by loaded data intervalogram is drawn; d) regions corresponding to night time, at least 30 minutes long, on which variability of cardiac rhythm is lower in comparison with 24-hour average characteristics on corresponding to day time regions of intervalogram of the same duration, are found, said reduction of cardiac rhythm testifying to presence in said patient of night hypersympaticotonia syndrome; e) differences detected at stage d) are compared with values from formed beforehand and stored in computer memory totality of correspondences between reduction of cardiac rhythm variability and results of psychological testing, determining the ipso degree of intensity of differences in given beforehand signs of night parasympaticotonia; and f) basing on carried out at e) stage comparison of prognosed estimations of day emotionally-behavioral states and patient's psychophysiological activity is perfomed.

EFFECT: method extends arsenal of means for predicting day emotionally behavioral states and psychophysiological human activity signs of night hypersympaticotonia.
