METHOD OF PREDICTING OUTCOME OF CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASES IN REMOTE PERIOD IN PATIENTS SUBJECTED TO EXPOSURE TO RADIATION Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC A61B5/02 A61B5/285

Abstract RU 2485883 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, cardiology. Presence of signs of night hypersympaticotony syndrome is detected by patient's day intervalogram. Functional class of heart failure is determined. Degree of arterial hypertension is determined. Patient's lipid profile is determined. Patient's neurological status is clinically assessed. Patient's height and body weight are measured with further calculation of body weight index. Patient's educational level is determined. Each studied sign is assessed in points, obtained points are summed up. Obtained sum of points is used to find value of risk to die from cardiovascular disease in remote period after exposure to radiation for a particular individual.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to detect people who are under risk of developing negative outcome of cardiovascular diseases in remote period after exposure to radiation.
