FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Technical result is achieved by a transcranial magnetic therapy performed on a background of complex treatment every second day on an apparatus "AMO-ATOS" with an attachment "Ogolovje". Terminals of the "traveling" magnetic field are located in the temporo-occipital region on both sides of the head. Field induction on terminal surface is 45 mT, field scanning frequency is 2–10 Hz. First 2 sessions were performed at frequency 2 Hz (frequency of normal rhythm of cardiovascular system), the following – at frequency 10 Hz (frequency of normal alpha rhythm of cerebral EEG). TCMT course consisted of 10 procedures prescribed every other day for 15 minutes.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is higher clinical effectiveness in patients with chronic insomnia.
