FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to means of control and monitoring of human operator functional state. Produced are energy stimuli, directed at measuring of human operator functional state and whose sequences are formed into programs of energy stimulation, each of which is directed at correction of definite current state. State is estimated by degree of difference of current state indices from individual indices determining state as good. As response to produced stimuli sensomotor response is used, and as state indices used are functional level of central nervous system, response stability and level of functional possibilities, which are calculated by time of sensomotor response. In device for method realisation to central control unit connected are unit of measuring SMR time, connected with input device, and connected with unit of SMR time measuring analysis unit which includes connected successively connected unit of state indices calculation, analysis and evaluation unit and unit of selecting energy stimulation program, and memory unit contains unit of storage of operator individual indices storing, and unit of storing estimation and energy stimulation programs. As units of stimuli impact, unit of electric current, unit of sound influence and unit of light (colour) impact.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase correction efficiency and prevent aggravation of person's state before the moment comes when they are not able to fulfill vested functions.
