FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, surgery, urology, gynecology and can be used in case of operative interventions in case of diseases of organs of abdomen or retroperitoneal space. Clinical examination of patient is carried out, basing on which factors of post-operation hernia formation are found and given values of corresponding membership functions. Basing on obtained values, general coefficient of confidence in prognosis for class - hernia is formed, whose value allows to realise prognosis of post-operation hernia formation is calculated.
EFFECT: method allows to determine accurately indications for preventive abdomen endoprosthetics aimed at prophylaxis of post-operation hernia formation.
