FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to sport physiology. Tested person performs increasing physical activity, parametres of initial physical activity, rate of its growth and maximal value of physical activity are determined by data of continuously monitored heart beat frequency. Additionally power working capacity at frequency of heart beats equal 170 beats/min and higher, number of steps of power increase at frequency of heart beats, time necessary to achieve heart beat frequency higher than 170 beats/min, test duration and maximal heart beat frequency are measured, index of anaerobic reserve is calculated by original formula.
EFFECT: method allows to estimate change of anaerobic reserve in dynamics, both during training flight and at the competition.
