FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgical dentistry and can be applied in plasty of maxillary sinus perforation. Essence of method consists in the following: perforation is covered with relocated palatine flap. Palatine flap is separated and split into subepithelial vascularised and epithelial flaps. Perforation is covered with relocated subepithelial vascularised palatine flap and sewn under vestibular gum edge from cheek side with "П"-shaped suture of mattress type, defect on palate being covered with epithelial palatine flap. Sutures fixing both flaps are removed after 7 days.

EFFECT: claimed invention allows to create base for perforation healing in form of vascularised subepithelial palatine flap, which reduces recurrence probability; allows to avoid soft tissue deformation, which is important for further prosthetics; as well as to create optimal conditions for healing defect on palate.
