SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to maxillofacial surgery, and is intended for use in the maxillary sinus perforation plastic surgery. Performing the palatal flap cut out, its splitting into vascularized sub-epithelial and epithelial flaps, subsequent vascularized sub-epithelial flap filing with a P-shaped suture from the buccal side under the gum vestibular edge. At that, in the orantral fistula area, forming the soft tissue tunnels in the vestibular-oral direction, covering the perforation zone with a PRF-membrane above the anastomosis, after which leading the sub-epithelial vascularized flap between the alveolar process and the gum, superimposed on the perforation and touch up under the gum vestibular edge from the buccal side with the mattress type U-shaped seam, closing the palatine defect with PRF membranes and then with an epithelial flap.

EFFECT: method allows to reduce the traumatization and postoperative complications, reduce the risk of relapse development and shorten the patient's stay in the hospital.
