FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgical and orthopedic dentistry. Incision is made along an alveolar crest, a vestibular flap is cut, incisions are made on it, forming a fenestrated flap, which is subsequently rotated onto the inner surface of a main flap, previously cutting out the epithelial layer with a spherical diamond bur. Then the vestibular flap is laid on the alveolar crest and the wound is sutured with simple interrupted sutures. In this case, an incision is made in the center of the alveolar crest, the vestibular flap is cut, and an implant bed is formed with the help of a guide surgical template. Implant is installed and a permanent customized abutment is fixed to it. At the same time, a mucous membrane from the lingual or palatal side, after preliminary excision of the epithelial layer with the spherical diamond bur, is squeezed with the customized abutment in the lingual or palatal direction, turning the edge of the mucous membrane under itself, forming a reel. Then, at a coronal end of the vestibular flap, two vertical incisions parallel to each other are made, the distance between them is equal to 2/3 of the diameter of the customized abutment in a mesio-distal direction, and their length is 2/3 of the diameter of the same abutment in a vestibular-lingual or vestibular-palatal direction, thereby forming a fenestrated rectangular flap, which is subsequently rotated on the inner surface of the main flap and fixed with a single U-shaped suture. Then the flap is placed around the abutment collar, thereby creating the necessary amount of soft-tissue buffer zone and the wound is sutured.

EFFECT: method allows to form a soft-tissue buffer zone of the required volume, prevent bone resorption in a periimplant region, increase the service life of the dental implant, to increase the reliability of the orthopedic construction and its long-term operation, to achieve a high aesthetic result of implant treatment.
