SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to otolaryngology and oral surgery, and can be applied in surgical treatment of multi-splintered depressed fractures of anterior and posterior walls of frontal sinuses. Essence of method consists in performing cut from point located on the line of fracture edge projection on skin in superciliary region, skeletonisation of frontal bone section adjacent to fracture zone in place of cut, bone fragments reposition, passing Kirschner's wire which is 2-3 cm longer than depressed section through soft tissues of frontal area above fragments. On edges of each of bone fragments by means of drill openings are made through which ligature from absorbable suture is passed. Loose ends of each of absorbable sutures are pulled, and together with bone fragments are fixed to Kirschner's wire.

EFFECT: application of claimed invention allows to prevent sinking of bone fragments into sinus depth.
