SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely otorhinolaryngology, and can find application in treating depressed fractures of frontal within frontal sinus localisation. Substance of the method consists in reposition and fixation of bone fragments. It is combined with endonasal endoscopic frontoethmoidectomy; an uncinate process is extracted with the use of a navigation system. A rigid 45° endoscope is used to visualise a natural fistula to be enlarged to 1.0*1.0 cm. An endoscope-aided curve curette registered in the navigation system is introduced in a lumen between a posterior wall of frontal sinus and an anterior wall of frontal sinus fell into a sinus lumen. The bone fragments are drawn entoectad to reduce the bone fragments with the use of the navigation system. A bulk silicone balloon having an irrigation tube through which a postoperative cavity is washed, is introduced into frontal sinus. The balloon is filled with an opaque medium, blown up to prevent impaction of the reduced wall of frontal sinus. The X-ray examination is performed on the 7^th day, and on the 21^st day, the balloon is removed.

EFFECT: use of the given invention enables developing a rational therapy in the patients with closed fractures of the anterior wall of frontal sinus thereby providing a cosmetic and functional effect.
