SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and can be used for treating secondary neovascular glaucoma at early stages. Technical result is achieved by the fact that in the method of combined treatment of secondary neovascular glaucoma at early stages, including conducting contact transscleral diode-laser cyclophotocoagulation (CPC) with wavelength of 810 nm, according to the invention, preliminarily intravitreal introduction of a VEGF inhibitor ranibizumab in amount of 0.05 ml, and CPC is carried out in a microimpulsive mode cyclically in the lower hemisphere of eyeball in 4 mm from the limb, with power of 1,800 mW, a working cycle of 31.3 %, pulse duration 0.5 ms, period of 1.1 ms, wherein the exposure per one cycle is 10 seconds, the first exposure cycle is performed along a circular arc of 120 degrees in one direction, the second cycle along the same circular arc in the opposite direction, subsequent cycles are similar to the first two, total 8 cycles are performed.

EFFECT: regress of iris neovascularisation with prevention of complete organic block of ACA, reduced activity of proliferative processes in posterior segment of eye, achievement of stable hypotensive effect and preservation of visual functions.
