SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and can be used for treating severe forms of secondary neovascular glaucoma. Ranibizumab solution is introduced into the anterior chamber of the eye in amount of 0.025 ml (0.25 mg) with 29 G-diameter needle through a puncture within the limb parallel to the iris plane. That is followed by a contact transscleral diode laser cyclophotocoagulation (CPC) in a microimpulsive mode in a hemisphere of the eyeball in the lower hemisphere from 4 to 8 hours in 4 mm from the limb, then cyclically in upper hemisphere of eyeball from 10 to 2 hours in 4 mm from limb, with power 2,000 mW, working cycle 31.3 %, pulse duration 0.5 ms, period 1.1 ms. Exposure per one cycle makes 10 s. First cycle of exposure is performed along arc of circumference of 120 degrees in one direction, the second cycle along the same circular arc in the opposite direction; the next cycles are performed similarly to the first two cycles. Total of 8 cycles are performed in the upper hemisphere of eyeball and 8 cycles in the lower hemisphere of the eyeball. After 1 month, intravitreal introduction of VEGF inhibitor ranibizumab in amount of 0.05 ml.

EFFECT: method enables achieving stable hypotensive effect and preservation of visual functions due to regression of iris neovascularization and reduced number of new vessels in ACA, reduced activity of proliferative processes in posterior segment of eye.
