FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to anaesthesiology. For this purpose general anesthesia is carried out by intravenous introduction of barbiturates solution. During surgical stage of narcosis additionally introduced is solution of benzodiazepine of short action. Infusion of medications is realised simultaneously through two syringe perfusors.
EFFECT: method allows to ensure adequate anesthesia and prevent complications from respiratory and cardiovascular systems reducing general anesthetic doze for operation period as result of synergetic action of said groups of medications.
