FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, particularly oncology, and can be applied in diagnostics of local skin melanoma recurrences. Method involves dynamic radionuclide research of cicatrix formed on melanoma place and surrounding healthy tissues for 36 months by Ga67 citrate. Specific isotope activity is at least 4 MBq/kg. Research is conducted by the following schedule: first test is done after 4 months after melanoma treatment or later, with further tests following over 5, 7, 8 and 12 month intervals. Each time tropic factor is calculated as ratio of impulse number in cicatrix and surrounding tissues to impulse number in reference area, and if the ratio is 1.3 or more, then melanoma recurrence is diagnosed.
EFFECT: detection of local skin melanoma recurrences (0,4-0,5 cm) at early stage, allowing for timely surgical dissection, prevention of regional and distant metastasis development and improvement of skin melanoma treament results.
