SUBSTANCE: chemotherapy is conducted with using the preparations Gemzar 1000 mg/m²/30 min and Eloxatin 50 mg/m²/120 min. The chemopreparations are administered by arterial infusion cycles at least every 2 months. 1 to 4 arterial chemoinfusion cycles precede a radiation therapy, and no later than within 2 months in the same regimens - after the radiation therapy to disease progression. The radiation therapy is performed not earlier than 1 month after the first 1-4 arterial chemoinfusion cycles at a single radiation dose of 3 Gy 5 times a week to a total radiation dose of 51 Gy.

EFFECT: effective treatment with no haematological complications, reduced general toxicity and patient's satisfactory quality of life for the whole therapeutic course.
