FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method of diagnosing primary skin melanomas relates to medicine, namely to oncology, and is intended for early detection of skin melanomas. Ultrasonic examination of tumor is carried out. Specific activity of Ga67 citrate is calculated by formula, which takes into account tumor dimensions and processes of isotope accumulation in tumor and its radioactive decay. Calculation of requires Ga67 isotope activity is carried out, taking into account patient's weight in kg, introduction of calculated amount of activity. After 72 hours radioisotopic examination is carried out. If values of tropism factor are 1.3 and higher skin melanoma is diagnosed.

EFFECT: method allows to optimise selection of value specific Ga67 citrate activity, detect small in size skin melanomas at early stage of their development, treat them in proper time and in such way prevent development of local recurrences, regional and distant metastases, improving results of skin melanoma treatment.
