FIELD: pharmacology.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns electrochemical water processing for obtainment of therapeutic, decontaminating and sterilising solutions and detergents. Portable device for electrochemical fluid processing includes cylindrical vessel with lid, diaphragm attachment device in the form of two conical dielectric cups squeezing diaphragm, one inserted into another, with perforated side surfaces by 5-15 mm lower than vessel height. Cup perforation area takes 15-40% of side cup surface area, perforation is made in the form of three rows of rectangular or circular holes of 1-3 mm width or diametre respectively, distributed regularly over the whole cup surface coaxially. Outer cup features slots, and inner cup features ledges matching the slots for assembly. Vessel is made of transparent material, a magnet is attached to one wall of the vessel, and vessel bottom features annular ledge in which the outer cup is put. Negative electrode is made of two flat plates with positive electrode between them. Positive electrode is made of graphite in the form of rod with round cross-section and positioned along cup axis. Electrodes are attached to lid, together with dielectric plate carrying power source and microcircuit.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability, simplified construction.
