FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: service module consists of frame secured on trolley and of swivel device installed on frame and designed to turn around vertical axis; swivel device is equipped with tool set: punch, scoop clamshell, anode claw, hopper with pull-out chute and cabinet; cabinet has controls for manoeuvring with module and tools and control station. Two planes perpendicular to each other and planes of the swivel device intersecting along axis correspond to a reference frame. The scoop clamshell and the anode claw are located on the side opposite to the control station relative to one plane, while the punch and the pull-out chute are situated between the control station and a row created with the scoop clamshell and the anode claw. There are also disclosed a service machine, a service aggregate containing the above sad module and methods of anode and electrolyser replacement.
EFFECT: simplification of module design and its compactness, facilitation of service, reduced number of approaches to electrolyser.
