SUBSTANCE: invention relates to operating module, provided for using on plants for manufacturing of aluminium by electrolysis in melt. Rotating unit of operating module is outfitted by specific set of tools, herewith each tool is installed at telescopic leg, fixed on rotating unit by means of hinge bracket, which provides for telescopic leg to implement pendulum motions relative to particular point of hinged connection, but do not provide for telescopic leg to implement rotatory movements around its main axis. Telescopic legs are connected to each other by means of mechanical joint device, implemented with ability of its keeping in perticular permissible range of relative angular deviation between pendulum motions of telescopic legs.
EFFECT: there is provided ability of approximating of tools to each other, not apprehending its collision during usage.
