SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for manipulation of covers of electrolytic cell for manufacturing of aluminium by electrolysis in melt. Device contains positioning arrangement and system of covers capturing. Positioning arrangement contains member of vertical direction, expansion bearing, installed on member of vertical direction with ability of displacement at usage at least in vertical direction, jointed hose, the first chassis, installed on jointed hose with ability of rotation at usage around in essence horizontal the first pivot A pin, herewith jointed hose allows at least remove or approximate the first chassis from/to expansion bearing, motor for rotation implementation of the first chassis around the first pivot A pin, the second chassis, installed on the first chassis with ability of displacement lengthwise specified the first axis B of progressive motion, which at usage is in essence horizontal, and relocators of the second chassis lengthwise mentioned the first axis B of progressive motion. System of covers capturing is fixed on the second chassis and contains specified set of capturing members, provided for capturing of specified set of covers in specified number of fixing points.
EFFECT: there is provided accurate and automated manipulation of covers.
