FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: in compliance with proposed method, LRW is concentrated by evaporation at 102 to 140°C on feeding LRW into glycol or in glycol-based cooling and hydraulic liquids. Resulted salt glycol concentrate is dewatered in heating till termination of water evaporation. Obtained salt vat product is solidified by adding compound containing ethylene glycol and phthalic anhydride, or phthalic anhydride and glycol-based cooling and hydraulic liquids with ratio of anhydrous components varying from 1.0 to 2.3 g of phthalic anhydride per 1.0 g of ethylene glycol. Mixture is missed till termination of water evaporation. Then during mixing, the mixture is subjected to thermal treatment at 220 to 240°C. Now, it is cooled to ambient temperature to form solid monolithic product.
EFFECT: simplified process.
