FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: neutralisation method includes preliminary distillation of specified waters to produce condensate and distillation residue, concentration of distillation residue by deep evaporation to dry product with its subsequent thermal treatment. Distillation residue is concentrated in a sulfate medium at the temperature of 100-150°C with the initial weight ratio of ethanol amine to sulphuric acid in the distillation solution from 1.0:1.6 to 1.0:2.0 in terms of waterless components to get a mixture of dehydrated sulfates impregnated with ethanol amine in surplus sulphuric acid. The produced mixture is exposed to thermal treatment at the temperature of 150-350°C until total burning of ethanol amine, distillation of surplus sulphuric acid and production of a mixture of dehydrated sulfates in the device.
EFFECT: simplified technology and design of equipment; reduced toxicity and quantity of hazardous gas emissions into environment; reduced power inputs.
